 So I bought this Vizio TV, Model # E55i-A0 about a year ago and Monday I came home from work turned my TV on and it's a huge black line down the left side of it. No one had been home and it was fine before leaving for work that morning. I called the Customer Support line and filed a claim and he said he would respond on 48 to 72 hours. I received a call back Friday stating it was my fault and I wouldn't be covered. I stated what happened again and then he said oh well purchase another one you got ur monies worth any way it's a over a year old. This company has had several complaints about this particular model and they don't care. I will never purchase another Sony brand anything especially Vizio. All I wanted was a replacement TV or my screen fixed. I'm afraid my other 3 Vizio tvs that I bought at the same time are going to do the same thing.

Vizio products are not manufactured by Sony. Vizio and Sony are not related.
