VMS VMS ..........DO NOT USE VMS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING-----UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Downers Grove, Illinois
Stay away from VMS.
VMS gained my confidence (they are very smooth) and, promised me a great rate and lots of services but, in reality, they are dishonest! Sold me a $ 500.00 terminal for $ 2,500.00. It did not work properly and they pushed this sale on me so hard and fast, I should have known they were crooks. Other processors are their rate and when it comes to service VMS does NOT provide any! They wouldnt help me cancel an account; fix my defective terminal (the 500 dollar terminal
which they sold me for 2,500). And finally, they refused to allow me to cancel my account with them. When I attempted
to do so and, in writing, they ignored my cancellation request and said I needed to use their form however; they
refused to send to me their form. I am presently filing a complaint with the trade commission in Ill. So much more went wrong with our relationship, the above is simply a few of the items.
