you will vote "shame on Vodafone" when you hear my beef:



my service was cut off after I paid in person over $120 at a Vodafone cashier in town- they gave me 24 hours to do so, 12 days before my bill was even issued... this after paying on time for a year ...



In ref. to my complaints 7845170 and 8772571 going back 7 months now, manager Oana Coarfa interpreted the contract for me: "Vodafone has the right to do that with only hours of notice" and sorry for temporary denial of service "but we are still professionals" and denied me cancellation of contract



but i live in Romania where it seems contract terms are different ... as for exampe: "we have 30 working days to respond"



knowing that customers in other countries are treated like animals how could you work for Vodafone and still look in the mirror ? - in the meantime, if you work for them, pls. help me, - erase my account, I just want to leave!!!
