I went online to try to get a payday loan to cover what i didnt have toward my mortgage, there was an extra box on the app that said "Voice Net Global LLC". Not needing the service i did not pay attention to it and this company already has the box marked for you to accept their trial instead of letting me mark the box myself. These people took 60.00 from my account for a service i did not request, but was requestd for me unbenounced to me. Not only did i not get the loan, but lost 60.00 from my mortgage money because of these people.

how unfair that they could be allowed to do this to people, times are extremely hard. i m a singlemother of a 6 year old boy and i work so hard to try to keep up with my bills in vein, and thanks to this company i not only lost 60.00, but i now will have late charges on my mortgage.

please stop this company from doing this to other people trying to get by and pay their bills.

first report them to the better business bureau

www.bbb.org

them report them to the internet crime complaint center

www.ic3.gov

they did not respond to either of these entities when i reported them, but a few days later i recieved my refund.

as far as the box goes, did you go back to the site. it is actually at the top of the offer in the blue banner. they put it there so you wont see it.

you may have to go to the site several times to see this offer again as there is a revolving set of offers. i counted 3 different ones before getting back to the one for voice net global

first go to www.bbb.com and file a detailed complaint with them

second go to www.ic3.com and file another detailed complaint with them be as detailed as you can give exact dates and times and tell them you want a refund keep pushing the fact that you never authorized the charge during my conversations with them i was able to get an email address that they claim they sent the confirmation email to: (((Redacted))), then they said that is not the one in their system as my email

i was told by email that they sent it to the gmail account, but over the phone the email address they have in their system is through yahoo

the yahoo account is mine, and i tried sending an email the gmail account but got no response back
