My name is Jessie, and recently went on a vacation with my fiance from SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA to GUADALAJARA MEXICO, to visit family memebers. I made the flight reservations two weeks in advance and purchase the tickets round trip with additional luggage.
Upon our return everything turned into a nightmare, when we were told that we had'nt paid for the additional luggage, and we had excited 24 lbs over, I stated that we're permitted one luggage per person of 22 lbs on top of the cabin of the plane, and making a minute change would not be a problem what so ever.
But accourding to the fight assistane ticket agent we only had a few minutes to board the plane, to make the story short we were ripped off with $320.00 dollars for going over the 24 lbs which we could of easily had the option as US Citizens passenger the right to take the additional luggage up on the plane as a carry on.
I will do my best to notified all the consumers to be careful and don't let these airline of Volaris rip people off. believe me this is un heard of and will never ever again flight Volaris, worst customer service ever, and still have not been able to speake with no one about my problem other than my credit card Co, which will dispute and request a refund, and maybe a lawsuit for all the stress.
