Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On October 31 our vehicle was brought in to Maroone Vw of Delray because the airbag system and A/C malfunctioned.  We were told the part for the air bag would be in by the end of the week. At the end of the week we called the dealer and they
told us the part would be in the following week. After contacting the dealer for the second time the part was still not in and they told us November 11. When November 11 past they have now told us December 12. As you can see at this point we have no idea whats going on. We have contacted VW customer service which has been useless and continue to spin the same story. At this point we basically feel that the dealer has taken our car and we have no idea what to do. This vehicle was purchased brand new and is only about 7 month old. We honestly feel powerless and have no Idea when we are going to get our brand new car back.

VW customer service and the dealer are very vague and continue to tell us different stories. We fell basically like the car has been stolen by VW. It should not take a manufacture this long to make any repairs on a vehicle.

It's called back order and the parts place keeps changing the ETA it happens. I had a wiring harness that took it 6 months to be made and they changed the arrival date 18 times. It happens. I'm sorry for you inconvenience.

Florida appears to have a pretty good Lemon Law, as it not only covers the number of repairs but the time the car has been in for repair.  From the Florida Attorney Generals web site..

If the vehicle is in and out of the authorized repair shop for repair of one or more different problems for 15 or more cumulative days, the consumer must give written notification of this fact to the manufacturer (not the dealer), by certified, registered or express mail. Check the warranty book or owners manual or other written manufacturer supplement for the address given by the manufacturer. A Motor Vehicle Defect Notification form may used for this purpose. Click here for the Instructions and Motor Vehicle Defect Notification form.  After the manufacturers receipt of the notification, the manufacturer or its authorized service agent must have at least one opportunity to
inspect or repair the vehicle. The consumer may be eligible for a purchase price refund or a replacement vehicle if the vehicle is out of service for repair of one or more nonconformities for a cumulative total
of 30 or more days.

If I understand your post and read the info from the AG site, since your car has been in their shop for 15 days you can send a letter to the Mfg.  From there they basically have one more chance to fix it within 30 days or they may be required to either replace the car or refund your cost.  The only unknown is if this time includes the time waiting for parts.  If so then this may not apply.  But at least this is enough that you may want to investigate it a bit further.
