I had a website hosted w/ Volusion for a couple years and it was up to several thousand dollars per month in sales. It was a lot of hard work to get it there and it was doing well.

Then, overnight, sales dropped to $400 a month. We started getting complaints from long time repeat customers that they could no longer complete their transactions. They were getting a white screen.

I called "tech support" multiple times and spent hours and hours on the phone with them. The response I would always get was something that blamed the customers. They claimed it was the customer's browser or computer.

Really? In this day and age, your shitty system conflicts with enough customer browsers and computers that my online sales drop from several thousand to almost nothing?

I was escalated to customer support managers and would receive the sames reponses that blamed the customer.

Finally, in August, after MONTHS and HOURS and DAYS of trying to fix the problem, someone slipped and admitted that they found malware on my site.

MALWARE!!!!!!!

VOLUSION ALLOWS MALWARE ON YOUR SITE BUT WILL BLAME YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR THE FAILING SHOPPING CART!!!!!

I began selling emails to the CEO Clay Oliver and "VP Customer Service" Bob Beltrand. I sent MULTIPLE emails begging for help, and got no response. Not from the, not from staff, from no one.

These guys should be horribly ashamed of themselves. I spent years building my business and they allowed it to get completely destroyed by their own incompetence and refusal to take responsibility for themselves and their company.

I made multiple calls to sales to try and reach someone further up the chain in Customer Service to get help. And do you know what they told me? They can't transfer phone calls outside of their own department! All of the departments are segregated from each other and the "executives" are totally segragated from the rest of the company. 

THAT EXPLAINS A LOT!!!! HOW CAN A COMPANY FUNCTION LIKE THAT?!?!?!?!

Poor service is bad enough. But to know that a company is set up to hide departments from each other, and hide the executives like a bunch of arrogant cowards is despicable.

I find that Big Commerce offers FAR superior service to these idiots.

Avoid Volusion at ALL costs. DO NOT do business with these arrogant incompetent SCUM BAGS.
