Opened a support ticket to cancel this service. They responded back with some convulated required way to cancel it. But were unwilling to cancel it otherwise.
So... Removed my credit card from the billing payment methods. But they somehow charged it anyways. Then they told me just because I remove my credit card from the billing payment methods doesn't cancel the account. Whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. At least 2 support tickets requesting they cancel this s**t.
months later. Still being billed. Talk about paying for NOTHING.
