Voyager Careers Solutions of Omaha Voyager Careers did not deliver any job interviews for $4,210.00. Omaha , Nebraska
After promising access to their extensive, established network of employer contacts in the Omaha/Lincoln area, and estimating for me that I would find my ideal employment solution through them in about 3 to 4 months, I paid $2,750.00. As part of their process, I then completed a number of standard personal interest assessments and personality profiles presumably so my Voyager "Career Management Counselor" could identify appropriate area companies/employers/careers for me. I was told of the hidden job market of which Voyager Career Solutions had contacts into. I also told that this unpublished market has over 16,000 jobs.
I went into the next phase after completing the "homework" which was not told to me by the Senior Vice President. I paid $1,400 to have myself - my profile be marketed. After one week in the market I was told opportunities are in the pipeline. 2nd week I was told their research guy was building a list of CIOs. I found this incredulous that didn't have the information at their finder tips. It states in their Voyager Advantage - Hiring Intelligence - Real Time Company Intelligence. 3rd week no interviews. 4th week no interviews.
If I were to be able to make the difficult choice between great job offers after 3 months, well I can't if there aren't any interviews with offers.
5th week, 6th week, 7th week, 8th week - all no interviews. I passed 5 potential opportunities - no answer.
Each week I have emailed and called to get a status. With very lax concern I got a list of CIOs that had no names or dates of when I was presented. I
