I ordered from vrdrug.com three days ago giving them ALL of my credit card information including BANK NAME and my 3 digit security code on the back.

Today, I got an email saying this:

"Dear Valued customer, Due to we have to update our database and switch server for preventing virus and trojan from internet.

We have to temporarily close our PAYMENT GATEWAY,Therefore we can not accept any credit cards. We still not confirm that when we can accept Credit card online.

Therefore We accept only Western Union for transfer money. However If you want to cancel your order,we will delete your credit card info in 2 hours. (IN this time,your card still not process therefore ,No any transaction on your card ,you can check your balance with your bank.)

Please forgive me for this situation. We Really apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your kindness that placed order with us . Sincerely, Andy Chang."

I emailed them to cancel my order/account and have not heard back from them. I AM CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY and REPORTING THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I live in Southern California and I have been doing business VERY successfully with this company for over 4 years. Yes, it's true they did have a computer issue last summer, which they have successfully rectified. When they first started having this issue and trying to rectify it and could not fulfill my most recent order because of it, they even sent me my entire order at their own expense because I was almost out of my medication (that my life depends on)...HOW MANY COMPANIES CAN YOU NAME THAT WOULD DO THAT FOR A CUSTOMER? I believe you totally over-reacted to the situation and posted this here because they are an overseas pharmacy and thus, you thought the worst and hit the panic-button.
