John Von Stach does business as VS Products, Inc in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada, also VSP Florida LLC, in Clearwater Florida, also VSP North America in Grand Rapids, Michigan, also VS Products in Eveleth, Minnesota.
They try to sell you an invoice at a 20% discount with the prize being that the invoice will be paid in full in 90 days. The invoice is for solar panels and generators. In most cases they never ship the product and you won't know until it is too late.
If they ship the product they make a deal with the dealer that if they don't sell the product with within 90 day the dealer is not obligated to pay. VSP will pick up the product and ship them to another dealer.
Stay away from them. The odds are that you will lose your money.

I have reached an agreement with the person and companies involved.
According to the Terms and Conditions para 5. Removal of Information at User's Request, Rip Off Report (ROR) will NOT remove a record even at request of person posting the report.
Please consider post null and void as if removed.

Really George,you were paid out and you still felt like you needed to slander us like this????
I released all of my interest in the equipment. I have no authority to speak for S&S if the event they have any claims against the equipment or VSP. I am copying Jerry Sneed on this email so that Jerry will know that I have no further claims or interest in the equipment.
