W30 Incorporated Abusive and Untrustworthy Company Hialeah, Florida
I searched the internet and found a company in Hialeah, Florida which was an authorized dealer for the Manufacturer: American Heat Tankless Water Heaters. I tried to connect the device but with 2 plumbers and 2 electricians that told me that due to my exisiting Electrical Panel I would not be able to connect the device and if I could connect it would take over $3,000 with permits and installation of a larger Electrical Panel and the permission of the Electrical Company who needed to be informed of the upgrade in Electrical supply to my house...The expense was greater than just plug and play as I was told. I then within the 30 days returned the device a AHJ21X American Heat Whole House tankless water heater (found out it is China made too) Well, it was OK when I contacted the office and the employee gave me an email to send my information to get a RA# with instructions....This is a simple one page and so I printed the email with the information and mailed it back myself incurring in a UPS fee of $44.27 I was told that there was "AN UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE" well after going to Google Wallet and the support department said that I could rate my experience and still not receiving my money back nor my freight for returning the item, I gave them a very low grade. Also I made sure he knew that I expected the freight charges of shipment back to be reimbursed since I had "AN UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE" well, yesterday Sunday afternoon I hear from the owner who says for me to remove my negative rating...and I just said "I desire my refund and then I will remove it" I called again today 9-17-2012 and he said "NO, I will return your $448.00 but no refund" I had to contact the American Heat office which seems to be affiliated with CHUCK ___________ (last name still unknown) who has an email address of: [email protected] am awaiting both my money for the device returned and the shipping fee...Let's see if this company wants to become known for HONESTY OR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES....additionally he called me an "XXXHOLE" because I am just trying to get my money back and insisting in contacting him to do what any reputable business would do normally....I believe that with this business you must say BUYER BEWARE!!!
