I have had one instance where I ordered a product from this individual and have had to wait much longer than expected for products.  Incidentally, he charges you for a product immediately for something that won't be delivered for weeks. Additionally, when I tried to arrange an exchange for a different product he tried to impose a 15% restocking fee

Beware!!  When I expressed my dissatisfaction these are some of the replies I received (I have the emails to prove it):

I've had WONDERFUL service with Mr. Waffle. I constantly buy from him because of his sales, and have been sold all the correct models i've bought. Whenever talking with him he is always helpful and friendly, and replies within 12 hours from when i've asked him something.

I've asked him multiple questions and he has never said something like "Are you stupid? Stop asking so many questions." He keeps answering them quickly and friendly. I will continue buying from Waffle Collectibles until I see a problem.

Trust me, the owner of this company has a long reputation (partly evidenced here) of being hard to work with, less than accomodating, rude, aggressive, and deceitful.

I purchased what I thought was the product pictured in the ad, but recieved something else. When I emailed him to see if itwas an honest mistake (which I mistakenly believed it to be), I got a rude response stating that my invoice clearly stated what I was buying, which it didn't. I paid for what was purchased, and recieved something else, which was apparently stated on the invoice, which you don't recieve until AFTER they have your money.

And based on my past experiences with this company, I am not surprised theowner posted a one-sided rebuttle, as he probably doesn't notice his own condescending and aggressive tone, which disuades people form conducting further business with this unprofessional service.  

And to the gentleman who posted his emails with the owner, it is interesting how he describes his company as one of the largest model aircraft retailers in the country, yet then uses the fact that there is only him and one other person working PART TIME to process orders.

Everything the original buyer says is accurate.

Michael always starts by being rude and makes it very difficult to communicate with him in any way that is not rude. His immediate reply when you first contact him is one of rudeness. 

He ripped me off, but that was his plan from the start. His website was misleading and deliberately so. He makes most of his money probably from profits but alot of it also comes from just stealing from his customers.

Stay away from Waffle Collectibles.

He used the same kind of rude comments with me as well. I never even said anything rude or insulting to him. I was perfectly polite and civil. Let's not forget I was also within my rights to ask for a refund. His response was incredibly rude and condescending.

People... do not buy from this guy. He needs to be put out of business. People like he bring a bad name to all online retailers.

I do not know what the other customers said to him but clearly he has already admitted to using extremely offensive language to his customers. This is a no-no.

The first order the buyer placed as per the item description the item "usually ships in 2-3 weeks". The buyer's item shipped out in 8 days after the order was placed and was received 10 days after the order was placed. Well AHEAD of the advertised estimated shipping schedule and didn't take "weeks" to arrive.

The second order the buyer placed, the item was in-stock and shipped out overnight. There is only myself and one other person working part time processing orders when I'm not at the shop. Unfortunately, I am at times unable to immediately reply to emails, and while the buyer wanted to cancel the order it was already processed and shipped by the time I got to it. Due to the low margins and time it takes to process and ship orders there is a restocking fee that is clearly mentioned on our FAQ for returns once parcels are shipped.

The buyer did not include the rude, insulting, and condesending emails that he sent. I don't have to post them here, and he deserves every bit of rudeness he got back in his face. He's pissed off that we ship out sooner then advertised and ship too fast and don't respond to emails instantly overnight.
