Complaint Review: Wake Up Now - Internet Internet

Just noticed this fool added a headline that reads WAKEUPNOW SCAMED ME !!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL What an idiot !!!!!!!!! Is this guy still working here ?????? LMAO !!!!!!!!!!!

As a multi-level marketer myself, I just wanted to add that it may be a good idea to remember that not everyone gets the advantages of having your own business and not just living your life as an employee. We can educate, enlighten, and inform in appropriate ways, but not by calling names and telling people they are just out of their mind for not joining our company or our team when they want to. The communication that you had could have gone in a more positive direction with the prospect that could have enticed him to take a look at the opportunity when he was in a different "space." Some people are going to walk around with their blinders on until they have to see what we are trying to get them to see, but we can't force them - let him get tired of being frustrated and he will see for himself what you were talking about.

Additionally, I know it is frustrating when people remark or think that our MLM companies are some kind of scam. That word has definitely been incorrectly overused. Since I come from academia, I constantly have to educate people to let them know that a scam or pyramid scheme happens when there is no real good or service to be sold or used, and when people do not get paid as the comp plan outlines. People do need to wake up because we are not going to get wealthy by working a JOB - that normally makes whoever the owner, CEO, or president wealthy. However, we will get wealthy by working hard on something that promotes residual income, and allowing others' work to benefit our income as well. There is so much more I could say, but I guess I will leave it at that.

Wow. It's really sad and disappointing that WakeUpNow and other similar companies are bashed and made look bad and it's always for no reason other than the Independent Business Owners not knowing how to act and be professional and mature. People need to understand that the company doesn't discriminate - anybody can join the opportunity. This means that like someone mentioned above, there are a lot of kids joining wakeupnow and other companies using mommy and daddy's money so they can make money of their own, and of course they act very immature and reckless because that's what they are still. This is probably why WakeUpNow changed their rule from having to be 14+ yrs old to join to now having to be 18+. Yet of course.. Kids will still lie and say they're old enough or join under their parents name. At the same time though, there are of course adults acting like fools as well sometimes. Comes down to the fact of some people just don't know how to market or how to handle themselves professionally with others, and those people shouldnt join because they are the reason some people may speak bad about the company. WakeUpNow, itself, is an AMAZING company and opportunity. You won't find any better. From the products to the compensation plan, they're an amazing company. Alot of the time a big reason why a person may not be successful is because they're either lazy or they didn't have a good sponsor teaching them the ropes and how to market. So if you are interested in joining WakeUpNow, or any company for that matter, don't just join with anyone! Make sure you find someone who will be a good sponsor to you and help you.

I'm not sure what your beef is with one of our distributors but I'd like to apologize for his or her behavior.  I've been reading through most of the complaints on companies that I'm with and MOST of them are unwarranted & not legitimate complaints and a small % are.  What people need to realize is there are alot of kids in these Network marketing companies fresh out of high school.  Most have no manners, don't know the business & don't know how to market the business at all & they can get extremly pushy at times.  I've had them approach me too about certain companies lol  Wake up now IS really a nice company weather your a partner or just a Free customer.  If you ever change your mind & decide to take a look at the opportunity or becoming a customer please visit my site. rosayonline.weebly.com/

Thought trying to throw a lot of dirt on my name without succeeding in this Ripoff Report I have a lot of newly updated Information on WakeUpNow in which Sampson claims were that it is a scam because of an argument that we had a few months back. Sampson will be highly discouraged in seeing the companies progress and he wishes that WakeUpNow was a scam or scheme. In the blog link posted above you will find very valuable information about WakeUpNow and will see that it has progressed substaintionally and will never die out. If anyone is looking for a GREAT company and EXCELLENT work from home network marketing opportunity than WakeUpNow is the way to go all it takes is a little research.

Perhaps the one reason most people assume this program and motor club of america is a scam is because they fail to make sales. Instead of being quick to assume its a scam, maybe you should learn how to properly market the site, perhaps you should go over to WakeUpNowForum.com and learn how to market the right way before judging... 

That is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen in a long time.  Way to not even give a potential client the opportunity to reconsider at a later time by acting like a spoiled child who was just told "No" for the first time.  If you have 50 other emails to respond to, chances are you're not going to bother taking the time to insult someone who is simply not interested. You sound like a person who burned out working for  third party collection agencies or got fired for violating FTC regulations.  Try not insulting people.  They just might read up more about it and email you later.

This guy really has anger issues !!  As he confess "I told him over and over" - Sedrick Hunte.   The complaint is harrassment !!!!  You did not have to tell me over and over because I told you I had no interest.  And to do it thoughout my entire weekend was just crazy !! If your company is so good just move on to the next person but no you sent me emails all day and all night for two days with attitude and insults.  Sir You Suck !!!!!

Why would I want to pay $99 a month for 20-30 % off my phone when my phone bill is 40% lower than the $99 ???????

this may sound a little strange but the both of you are correct And the both of you are wrong. As for the person who filed the ripoff report You are absolety correct if you feel you been scammed but wrong for thinking wake up now is a scam. judging by the context of the report the wake up now associate contacted  you in a scammer way. You was looking for a job correct? Probably on Craigslist or some other job postin website and the wake up now associate contacted you selling wake up now as a job correct? If this is true then of course you are going to feel as if wake up now is a scam simply because if a person is looking for a job their state of mind is not investing money to work. So the wake up now associate scammed you in that sense.

now for wake up now being a scam it self I believe you gotto look at what wake up now is In order to fully qualify wake up now as a scam. A scam is a product or service that has a high price for little to no value. Example.  A cheeses burger value is only worth 2 dollars having the price of 30 dollar. Wake up now does cost 99.99 a month but what value do you receive? up to 20 to 30 percent off of AT&T and version phone bill. Travel discounts  anywhere from 30-40 percent and shopping discounts. Then to top it off it has an compensation plan that pays monthly.

as we can see it is far from a scam now as for the associate promoting wake up now to you, you most likely lack effective people skills and that is ok because I'm still improving my people and marketing skills daily. now understand not everyone is going to want what you have to offer. As a marketer your job is to find people who need and are interested in your offer(wake up now)

a lot of marketers are so focused on getting a sale they neglect what actual gets them the sale. It's the people! So if you want to do well in your business or venture you must learn how to meet the needs and wants of other people and as a result of this action they will reward you with your desired income.

My family and I did make the choice to sign up with wakeupnow. I was told it was a multi level marketing company. However I have found its operations to be more like a pyramid scheme. I have been debited continuously since cancelling my membership. Although it has been three months I am doing my best to wait patiently for the matter to be corrected. I will give them a couple more business days. If the matter is not resolved I will share the details of my disappointing situation. Overall, good choice in not giving the company a chance. More problems than they are worth.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with World Ventures.  I was thinking about doing World Ventures until I saw their income disclosure statement.

Just by reading the income disclosure, you can see that only 19.82% of the company earned a commission.  This means that 80.18% of the Company LOST MONEY.

I just couldn't get involved with a business like that, or a business that needed 60 people (30 on the right and 30 on the left) for me to see income.

I decided on a much different company with a much better compensation plan.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with one representative from Wake Up Now.  I'm sure that our president and our CEO would be very put off by the fact that there was little concern given to the threat of posting a ripoff report.

Please believe that it would've never happened with 90% of the representatives out there.  And I'm not saying that the representative that you encountered is a bad one, but it is obvious that his demeanor was off putting.

Just letting you know that this doesn't discount the company though, just the representative.
