On January 7, 2014 I purchased a Vegas discount card from Wake Up Now for $50. I have a screen grab of the confirmation, the order form and my bank account showing the withdrawal. I first contacted Wake Up Now on February 27, 2014 about not getting the card. Candice Hawkins of Wake Up Now's support staff has been corresponding with me on this isse. First she says she's sending it to the orders department. Then she says a supervisor is dealing with it. Her last email to me on April 5, 2014 says they hard handing my complaint to their vendor Vacation Club but she gave me no contact information so that I could follow up with them.
