I supposely worked for "WalMart" gift wrapping but it was a scam they shipped you wrapping paper, ribbon, etc... EVERYTHING that you get has walmart label on it. They will get you to fill out an application and start sending me computer/ laptops. They always wanted them to be sent to "RUSSIA" SO BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While WalMart is listed in the thread title, they were not involved in this incident. The OP was recruited by a scammer or a group of scammers. I suggest that she call the police as she may have been in possession of stolen property. Out of curiosity, did the sacammers communicate with you from a free email address domain such as gmail or Yahoo?

Probably Not Walmart

This sounds like a work from home scam and Walmart is probably not involved--even though the tags say Walmart. A primary clue is being asked to ship computers to another country--Walmart could ship their own. Your application was just a bonus for the scammers because now they have your id and/or financial information too. Check your credit reports.
