Wal-mart Store Number 2924 Don't use walmarts bill paying service!!!!! Albuquerque New Mexico
On the 14th of august I went in to pay my phone bill using Wal-marts bill paying service. I checked the list of companies that tey collect for as well as asker the teller in the "Money Center" if they collected for my phone company. She assured me that they did and that they had two prices in which I could use; the first was for $.88 and the money would reach my phone company in 1-3 business days. The second was for $1.88 and taht would reach my phone company the same day.
I chose to pay the $.88 and proceded to give them my phone payment. When I got home I called the phone company up and gave them all of the information and they said that they would wait for the money and not turn my phone off. the forth business day rolled around and I was disconected by the phone company. I proceeded to call walmart up and they told me taht there was NOTHING that they could do to help us out. Well NOW its going to cost us yet another $80.00 to get my phone hooked back up because of walmarts idiocy and lack of customer care in every thing they do.
So whatever you do DON'T use the wal marts bill paying service
