The Walmart Auto in Glen Carbon did not do as they promised as well as broke my car ignition. I had my oil changed last year in August. They did not refill all my fluids, nor did they vaccum the car. I have a Saturn Sl2. In my Saturn there is a special way u need to pull the key out. Otherwise it does not come out.

Apparently Wal-Mart auto could not get the key out and did not bother to tell me. Instead the forced the key to come out. Now the key slips in and out. When I went back to Wal-Mart to Speak to the person in charge in that department they denied having anything to do with it. They said that it was just normal ware on the car. I told him it was not like that when I dropped it off. He insisted they had nothing to do with it.

To this day they have messed up my car so bad that the key does not have to be fully in the ignition and would start the car. I never did anythiong else about it because I did not think anything could come of fighting with a big company like Wal-mart. But now I know to never let Wal-mart touch my car or any future cars again.
