On October 14, 2014 I went into Walmart located on Passaic Street in Garfield NJ to purchase a Walmart money card.
I deposited $100. into the card and paid a total of $101.88. I went out to my car to immediately register the card and was told by the automated system that the card had already been registered and that the $100. was gone. I did not register this card nor did I use ther $100. I have tried on so many occasions to contact Walmart Moneycard either via email/phone only to be told time and time again that a supervisor is working on this and that I will hear back from them in one day.
When I email them back they say they tried calling me but I did not answer my phone. I explained that I work and cannot answer the phone during business hours and asked for them to leave me a msg or a phone number. Finally after a few more emails they left me a phone number. I called the number and was told the same thing that they have been telling me in all their emails and that is a supervisor is working on this matter and I will hear back from them in a day.
Thirty days later, I still do not have my money and this matter is still not resolved. The last time I got an actual rep on the phone they hung up on me.
I want Walmart to refund my $101.88 immediately. Thank you.
