Walmart Money Card GE Capital Retail Bank Allowed fraudulent charges through on my account. Zeroing out balance. Monrovia California
They have allowed fraudulent charges to pass through on my card. CS is absolutely no help whatsoever. You choose english and yet they are based in a country where english is not the first language and you cannot understand anything they say. They are rude, talk over you and cannot explain why the charges were allowed when I am 1500 miles from the debit location. I absilutely hate being treated like a theif when my card was completely zeroed out. I have bills to pay and children to feed.
