walmart kmart people calling me claiming i won a mercedes benz and 25,000 dollars las vegas, Nevada
on Sept 5 2011 I received a call from a guy claiming i had won a mercedes benz and 25,000 and i told him did not believe him.so he tells me my address where the check was gonna be delivered and i told him if i was gonna get something so expensive wouldnt he need my apt # he then was getting to be very mad telling me to calm down and shut up so i hung up the phone and he had it sound to me a jamaican accent. he called back and he tells me my apt# i told him that he was harrasing me and then he told me he was gonna f--k and kill me very disturbing...be aware of these type of call not good

Who have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with this telephone scam.
How smart is that? I'm surprised you didn't send the upfront money the scammer would demand for advance payment of "taxes and fees" before the prizes could be sent to you.
Walmart and KMart had no part at all in this scam, yet you file this report against them...dumb.
