Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In January of 2017, I bought my daughter a Senior ring from Walmart.com. In the purchase, I also bought an extended warranty for said ring that gave me an additional 2 years of coverage for this ring (Past the original 1 year). In early December 2017, my daughter reported to me an issue witht he ring. I contacted WALMART.com to file a claim. I was informed by the customer service rep to take the ring to the local store, and give it to the Jewelry dept who would send it out for repair under the warranty. I informed the person on the phone that I did not buy this ring from the actual store, I bought it online. I was told that was fine, because they are all the same and it is easier this way. Hesitant, my wife took the ring to the store. the Jewelry rep at the counter initially did not want to take the ring for repair,a nd advised it was bought online, therefore needed to be handled through the online system. When informed that we were doing what the online rep told us to do, she took the ring. Apparently, the ring was "Sent Off" to the Jeweler for repair. A couple of weeks later, I receive a phone call from Walmart to come get the ring.

I was informed on the phone that the Jeweler would not repair the ring, because it was bought online, not in the store. I again contact Walmart.com, and was told that because it had been less thatn a year since I purchased the ring, then I would have to take it to the store. When explained I had already done that, and told them what had happened with the jeweler not repairing it, He then informed me I would have to wait till after the year anniversary (from purchase) was up, which I did (Strange, but whatever). After the one year anniversary, I start the whole process over again. Was informed that I would get an email with my claim, which I did. It was asking for me to upload proof of purchase, which I did. I was told I would receive a UPS shipping label (By email) that would be the return label to send the ring back for repair. Never received email with the label. I have called NO LESS THAN 20 times trying to get the shipping label, and have yet to get the label. Every time I call, I get the same ol scripted answer "We'll be emailing you the return label in 1-3 business days"....Bulls***... It is now the last day of January, and I still have yet to get a return label
