Walmart.com and a 3rd party vendor for Walmart.com which is Office Express Do not ever buy office paper/copy paper through Office Express and Walmart because they advertised Xerox Vitality Multipurpose printer paper 8/1/2 X 14 White 5,000 sheets for $11.97 plus shipping. When I finally received my order I only received one ream of paper and 500 sheets.
Walmart states that it is Office Express's fault and Office Express is stating that it is Walmart.com fault. They will not honor the product price that was advertised to me. I was also told by a Walmart.com manager that they would send me a $20 gift card for my time and aggravation, but I never received the $20 gift card as promised.
I called today 3/7/2018 and I was told that they are not going to send me a $20 gift card, because I had declined it and that is a false statement. I never declined a $20 gift card. I will never shop at Walmart.com, or Walmart stores. Apparently the customer is never right in Walmart's eyes. Arlington Texas
