I bought my Daughter a LeaPad learning toy and it cost me $52.00bucks buy the time tax was added and she had 3weeks and the sound started messing up on it it was not the batteries so we took it back and the night manager Ron Larken said he would give me a refund on a gift card i said no probleam but he rang it up and it came back $11.00 on one register and i don't know why but he went to another register and rang it up again and it came back it was on clearance for $7.00bucks and he told me that all he could give me back was $7.00

we ask him to see the screen and he just blowed us off on that would not let us see where he was looking it up on the computer and i told him there was no way that it went from $.52.00 to $7.00 he said yeah it's on clearance and you don't got a box or reciept so that's all we can give you back i told him that was a bunch of crap and he said again we can only give you clearance price i said i can go back there right now to the toys and it is still $49.00 bucks and that is not on clearance

he said well i don't know that you bought it here and i said go back there and get one you got them over in toys then i said go off the number on the back of the toy and it will tell you that it was bought here and that it will also come up that it had been sold not stolen they said the computer don't tell them that i said it's awfull funny that you all out here told me before that you can tell if it was bought or stolen at your store before so i told him to screw his self and that i wanted his name and last name because i was turning him in and he said fine do it and i said i will

that's what im doing here and im also going to call the walmart corprate office and turn him in to like it will do any good but im still doing it i think the manager's our pockating money cause something is sure going on like i told him if it's there policey not to give refunds or giftcards with out a reciept then why did he go ahead and even refund me $7.00dollars then he just blowed me off

to everyone in oklahoma please mail me you complaints to and tell me what you think of this cause im going to copy every complaint off staple them togather and hand them out all over Bartlesville and Tulsa if intrestead please respond through the rebuttal key.

just wondering if you had asked mr.larken if you could just make an even exchange for a new leappad. you had mentioned that the one you had purchased ceased to function correctly so i would think that you would want get a new one for your daughter to avoid her disappointment. did mr.larken offer any explanation as to why the leappads on the shelf did not reflect any clearance price if they were supposedly on clearance?
