Walt's Portable Buildings Inc. Defective Building Builder, Got My Money, Bad Customer Service, Faulty Warranty Work, Cover Up Problem Lafayette Tennessee
The company built me a garage and I've had nothing but problems with it since it was built in 2013. The lumber has some kind of black mold. The concrete floor has been nothing but trouble. It has excessive cracking and pop outs. The company took about nine months to address the problems but didn't fix them properly. They just had the concrete man put a coating on the floor which is coming off and the cracks and pop outs are still there and getting worse. They also cut out and replaced the concrete apron which is also having problems. Everything they've done to my building is faulty. I couldn't use the building for all these months since the floor was messed up and my things sat outside. I have made complaints to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General and was advised to contact a private attorney which was not affordable since most of my money went to pay for this crappy building. The company won't return my calls and won't send anyone out. They avoid me because they got my money and I would have to sue for anything to be done. Consider yourself warned. This company won't stand behind it's product. They're warranty is a joke. They're concrete subcontractor does bad work then doesn't want to make it right so the customer suffers.
