Wan Qian Advertising on FB marketing a curling iron....it is not what I received. City of Industry Califorina

Received a smashed up box with what looked like a flat iron. It does not heat up enough to use, nor does it curl. I have no use for this. Any iron which does not heat up is useless. The advertisement was on Facebook with a video of an individual making large cures in seconds. When I pulled up Wan Qian my browser took me the the fraud page. I verified the address 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry for the city.
