I purchased a premium auto warranty for my car on July 2, 2007 from the Great Lakes Warranty Corporation through their Arizona representative company, Warranties 4 Wheels. By February 2009 after numerous repairs completely paid by Great Lakes, I sold the car.

I wrote Great Lakes for my refund and they swiftly sent a pro-rated check to Warranties 4 Wheels, stating that Mr.Wayne Craig would add his portion of the refund and send the final check. He held their check until April, refused to contribute any amount to my refund, erroneously stated that costs of repairs had to be deducted(not the written policy of Great Lakes!) and rudely told me "Never call here again!"

After numerous calls to Great Lakes verifying that Mr. Craig's ideas were incorrect, they called him on my behalf and told him to pay his portion along with their check. Great Lakes Warranty Corp. lived up to their motto- "We say what we do,we do what we say." Mr. Craig still refused to pay anything on my refund and said "Do you want the Great Lakes check or not?!" sarcastically. Of course I accepted the Great Lakes check so I wouldn't end up with nothing.

Let this be your warning- do not buy an auto warranty from Warranties 4 Wheels of Arizona or any business involving Mr Wayne Craig!!!!

This lady, Carole Jacobson, a "massage therapist" bought a service contract, got almost 9,000.00 in repairs done to her vehicle, and then expected more money than she deserved in a refund. She hounded my office for the refund and when we got the check from the warranty company we forwarded it off the refund to her. After 15 calls, I felt it was enough for her to STOP bothering me and my office! I kept my my commission and admin fees. We provided a service and a service costs money. Are we not entitled to make a money?! Does a company not have a right to to profitable whenm they provide EXCACTLY what they said they would do? It is people like this lady that America is in the situation it is in. Wanting more than they are entitled to and then trying to extort more by posting here and not giving all the facts!!!
