WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems !!BEWARE! Laundry Scam 8$ Hold on Credit Card every single swipe?!!! Overcharging hidden Fees!!Scam! El Segundo, Ca Nationwide
This has apartment Home tenets extremely angry! 8$ is charged to the credit card each time it is swiped to do a $1.50 load of laundry! As a hold? A hold for what? Why on earth do they need to hold anything to do laundry? To make this even worse they don't release this hold for over a week! On my bank statements for the past year & a half, I've just discovered that on top of the usual charge of 1.50$ there's a mystery charge of 4.50$ to 5.50$ each time we wash! This has happened to each tenant that I've told and asked to check their banking statements! This could be a serious lawsuit! It is absolutely ridiculous for them to have our credit card information ,bank information, our names & any personal information whatsoever! It is just shady for a laundry service in an apartment complex to have this type of info! I don't know why they even installed the stupid machines here. Be aware of this company! Do not use their services! Don't loose your hard earned money with these people! Their customer service is horrible as well! No resolution when called.

The owe me $190.11, they claim there phone and email and all systems have been down for weeks
better to go to laundromat
