You stated, 'i just contacted the BBB.org and the FDIC also the FBI and the CIA that bank has just opened a can or worms when they made me mad. monday i am contacting SSA and getting my check stoped from going in that bank. i got lawyer on them. i hope they like the FDIC.' Yes, I am certain that WAMU is QUAKING in their boots from fear of making you mad. I also have no doubt that the FBI and CIA will stop their intelligence work keeping terrorists out of the country to help with your infantile complaint. Next, you will tell us all how you are in the process of winning a billion dollar lawsuit over the fact that you overdrafted your account and unfairly charged fees in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that you signed. Make sure you say hi to the Tin Man and Toto on your way to see the Wizard, Dorothy, err, Fred. Maybe if you click your heels and chant 'There's no place like WAMU' three times the tooth fairy will leave a quarter under your pillow.

I always thought a person had to pay on each over draft. If you had more than one over draft, you would be charged for each time. Question? Since you bailed someone out of jail using insufficient funds, did that person have to go back to jail?

If you asked "If I overdraw draw my account by $100 will I be charged a fee?" then the answer would probably by "yes, you will be charged a $32 fee". If you asked, "If I overdraw my account by $100 and I have three other debits that will also overdraw my account, how many fees will I be charged?" The answer would probably have been "Depends upon the transaction amounts and how they are posted". I would consider your situation more of a lack of communication than of being told a lie.
