Waste Connections NON Service charges and changing polices without telling Wichita Kansas
I had a previous company guess wasteconnections bought out. after the fact signed up with neighbor Association for a lower rate. The lower rate only occured once on billing. I signed up for payonline and bill notification. There was a fuel and material surcharge added no previos notification if you agree. Then increas in the service charge. Last July in poor health always picked up the day after the fourth July. Changed the Hoildays observed. When called to complain said was with bill wht i received online did not show this .
Finally the last billl received online showed they would charge you $15.00 if you quit their service to pickup their cart. This is when I said no more of this business practices. I called and finally got a person and canceled out. I was already paid up for the next billing cycle. I have not received a refund or anything in the mail. The online was canceled when I closed account. The neighbor assoc contract was for 3 years so their charging me $75.00 for breaking contract plus $15.00 to pickup cart.
After several months with info at DA's office was told they can't help. Why can they break the contract with out been penilized but I can. Oh yesterday received notice was turned over to a collection agency.
