Water Works, Inc Worst Customer Service Ever Johnsburg Illinois
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Amber was beyond rude from start to finish, We recently moved into a new home and this company installed the sprinkler system. We contacted them to set it up but they must be making too much money because they did not see to care about our business at all. Every question I asked I was made to feel like a fool for even asking. They did not get the system up and running even though they disconnected it last year. I believe the broke the RPZ valve from an inexperienced tech named Cody. I would stay far far away from this company. They charged my card and refused to give me a full refund. Terrible people here.
