Watson Brothers Construction - Glyn Watson ripoff Shoddy Workmanship wont fix house promised the moon didnt deliver on any promise says all problems are normal house is 6 months old Corryton Tennessee
I bought this house new.Saw problems before it was even finished.Mr.Watson said he would fix everything.
I needed the house quickly and was told no problem.Now he says he was rushed and that is why all the problems.Still said all was normal though.
Driveway not wide enough-no foundation drains-basement floods-bricks in the wall cracked-lot has to be completly reseeded-all red clay-rocks-trash buried in pits-six dead trees from dirt piled up on the roots-heat pump duct work useless,has to be redone-basement doors leaking.
I have many pictures,video and documentation to prove this.Getting ready to drop about $7,000 of my own money to fix these problems,and I have estimates.
