WAYNE BRUBAKER NEVER RENT FROM THIS GUY. NEVER!!!!!!! LITCHFIELD Arizona
Me and my wife rented from this guy for 4 years at the vista de oeasta condos in phx, az unit 116. This guy did nothing. We have had problems with the AC unit for 4 years when we told him about the issue he always gave us a hard time, complained about the expense, and even tried to tell us we were responable for half of the amount if we were to get a new AC put in. The final time was memorial week end of this year 2008 the AC went out and he wanted us to wait for monday to get if fixed
I told him no we needed it fix ASAP. Well that tuesday we recieved a letter stating that our lease will be up next month and we needed to leave by the end of june. HE is currently taking us to court for rent for the month of june. Our lasted day there was june 3 but he is asking us for the whole month rent. Everything was broken in the unit dishwasher did not work, ac, plumbing, carpet torn. this landlord is very lazy and does not follow through on tenants request BEWARE!!!!
