Today is the best day! Long time coming but we recieved our income tax check from last year. Every red cent of it! No extra fees were taken out. That was paid by the custodial parent for being crooked. YEAH! Hooray! Finally.

After many months and still no resolution to the above MESS....I was able to find via the mi.gov web sites that I can file a grievance about the Friend of the Court. You see they won't tell you that at the Friend of the Court.....Word to the wise! They reviewed my grievance about the monies sent to the wrong individual and have now sent it to the 'State Level' or better yet known as the MiSDU. They put in a request to "make whole" what ever that is?? I guess that means correct their mistake..?? Let's hope! It has been sitting in front of the powers to be in Lansing, who ever that is for quite sometime now. They will not tell us who makes the decisions to grant us our money back. They have been very evasive about that...hmmmmmm????? Turns out since the money was already dispersed it could take longer to get our return. If we are lucky!! That is how they make us feel. It could take up to 100 days they say... IF we are to recieve the refund at all! This is laughable! What kinda crap is this? The State and the County are pointing fingers at eachother as if to say, "Not coming outta my checking account." But none the less, the mistake was made and someone needs to correct it ON THEIR OWN TIME NOT MINE. They also said that they, the state, will be calling the custodial parent to let her know that they made a mistake, sent her the money in error, and want it back!! Hahaha! Good luck "rebarfa o."- if you have to pay back to the state what you know you weren't owed...I would hate to be in your shoes. Dumb a*s! Hahaha..Hope it makes you real 'comfy' and keeps you guys in the things you love when they take your wages and tax returns in order to pay back what you were not owed but happily took without consious or regard to us. And you call yourself a Christian?
