Wayne County Michigan Friend of the Court Third Judicial Court of Michigan Investigate the Wayne County FOC for Racketeering Detroit Michigan
I have seen other reports on this website from parents who suspect illegal activity within the Friend of the Court in Wayne County, Michigan. I would like to second that suspcision and suggest the court should be investigated. Specifically, I think they are guilty of racketeering and I believe if enough individuals and families were surveyed it would be found that there are widespread, recurring issues of payees not receiving funds, despite those funds being taken from the payer, and money just disappearing from accounts. Just this week, $150 mysteriously disappeared from my "owed" amount. Even though it is near the end of the month, the amount owed to me was over 80% of what I am supposed to receive per month.
Then, suddenly, without any receipt of a payment, that amount gets reduced. I routinely receive 1-2 payments per month of actual owed amounts. The rest are past-due -- payments I failed to receive the month before. Meanwhile, payments continue to be deducted from the payer's account. This money is going somewhere and it isn't into the accounts of all of the (mostly) single mothers trying to raise their children. The Friend of the Court is exploiting and abusing this already vulnerable segement of the population and someone is profiting from it. I am not a lawyer, or I would take this on myself. Instead, I am pleading for some lawyer, somewhere with a conscience to do so. Thank you.
