WCM - Mr. Robert Smith They promised me they were going to give me a refund via a check. I have not received anything. Lakewood Colorado
This company sent me a letter last month saying they were going to refund my money via a check. This is not true! I have not received anything yet. I called the company on Monday, and they told me they barely mailed the check last Thursday. I still haven't receive anything. This company is just stalling. They just don't want to let go of the money they owe me. This company has already been reported to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the FTC. The first time they called me the caller said I could win $25,000.00. They also promised they were going to send me a free gift. This was not true either. All they did was charge me for magazines I didn't have time to read, and they kept my money. I am not going to give up on these people. I am going to keep bugging them, until they get tired of me.

After so many months, I finally did receive a check from this company. I learned my lesson to not answer the telephone if the number cannot be displayed. I figure it is a telemarketer.
