Williamsburg,#2Consumer Comment

According to my own research, this business evidently operates out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Also, according to the BBB, this business DID receive BBB accreditation in 2010 and there have been no complaints received by the BBB on them...YET. (This business's current BBB rating is listed as A minus). I would strongly recommend you file a complaint with the BBB regarding this business.
I do however, have some reservations about this company regardless. In checking their website, I find it to be seriously lacking in comprehensive information, quite a few misspellings of words, and general lack of information consistency. There is far too much "vagueness" regarding their business and anyone even considering utilizing this service should be quite wary! The short statements they have on their home page seem primarily aimed at "pressure marketing" tactics; i.e. to try and hurriedly pursuade the potential customer they need to act quickly.
The website further states they do not help everyone. In addition, they further state they only operate within a 60 mile radius. A potential customer would be better off simply spending a little time contacting local SPCA shelters, Animal Control Offices, etc rather than expending $100 or more for this company's so-called "pet-finding" services. A consumer has no viable way to actually verify this company is truly performing the services it claims to do.
One suggestion...have your veterinarian implant an identification chip under your pet's skin. If your pet is ever lost and subsequently found...most animal control facilities, vet offices, and humane society shelters have the necessary scanner on hand to check for the presence of this chip. They can then check it against a national database and locate the pet's owner. (Be advised that you must also pay a small one-time fee to have your pet's chip registered in the database). Most vets only charge a very small fee for chip-implantation.
But, if a person truly loves and cares about their pet...this is a very small price to pay.
