Art was very prompt at returning call and/or emails until he received the deposit. I have been trying to contact him for 2 days to confirm carrier and pick up date. The binding moving estimate has a 2 day window. I have left voice mails, sent texts and emails requesting a confirmation of pick of date and have not received a response. I am now very concerned that my move will not occur at all, and I have lost $900. I also plan to file a complaint with the BBB if I do not hear from him by tomorrow, Oct 20, 2017. I will also investigate ways to recoup the deposit.
