We Pack Moving Hired unlicensed/uninsured mover to move my belongs; lied about dates; woud not return calls West Palm Beach Florida
Contacted We-Pack Moving to arrange to have my household belongings moved interstate. The company they contracted with to pick up and move my belongs was neither licensed nor insured for household belongs at the time of pickup. We-Pack representative ied about delivery dates and did respond to my phone calls or e-mails. I finally was able to reach their "operations" department who kept telling me they would call me back, but they never did. I finally received my belongings, much later than promised, and had a lot of missing/damaged items. Actual movers also do not respond to calls or e-mail. I will be filing complaints with Florida AG office and Federal Transportation.
We-Pack is a moving scam! DO NOT USE THEM!!
