This company is a fraud. I ordered a CD I thought was about how to make money with Google and I was expecting one CD from Google. I received 18 CDs from Real Success Institute (formerly Wealth International) and told that I was on a 21-day trial period and that at the end of this trial period that if I did not cancel that my I would be charged $129.99. Well, I found two phone numbers to call in the package, but of course, cannot get through. They put you on hold to wait for a rep.

The third phone number for them was listed under "details" on the $1.95 charge on my credit card. So I called it and was able to leave a message for them to return my call with an authorization number so I could return the package. Received this package and called them all today and have not received any callback from them and from what I'm reading on this website with 193 complaints against them already I do not expect to receive a call back.

What I did was call my credit card company and dispute the $1.95 charge because I did not receive the Google CD. It's the principle of the thing, you know. And my credit card company will try to refuse the charge of $129.99 when it comes through after the trial period. I also went to this website and filed a complaint: http://www.consumerprotection.utah.gov.

ATTENTION WEALTH INTERNATIONAL/REAL SUCCESS INSTITUTE CUTOMERS! READ IMMEDIATELY!!! Many people have entered their credit card information for the free CD-without reading the terms and conditions, which are listed on the credit card page. In that information, it clearly states that if FOR ANY REASON you do not wish to be a part of this program, to give us a call and we will cancel it-no questions asked. The materials have a much higher value than the $129.95 that we are charging for them. When we launched this product offer, I had no idea what an overwhelming response we would get. Subsequently, we were severely under-staffed to handle the amount of calls coming in. As quickly as possible, we hired additional customer service representatives, and are continuing the hiring process. However, there has been a lag time in training them to make sure that they were up to the high customer service standards that we wish to provide Another staggering blow occurred when our local telephone carrier accidentally cut a vital 100 pair phone cable in our area, causing the majority of our local lines (which our 800#s point to) to go down completely! With the influx of calls the few working lines quickly jammed up and many customers were getting a busy signal, or just going straight to voicemail when they did get through. Consumer Protection, as well as the Better Business Bureau were notified of the problem, and were directing customers to fax or email in their requests. We are horrified at the response that has cropped up because of these problems. Our phone lines are back up and running, and our customer service is now able to handle the calls coming. Anyone who wishes to receive a refund, or has billing questions, or even more importantly, didn't get a chance to utilize the free one-on-one mentoring that we offer, can send an email to [email protected] and your requests will be processed within 24 hours. Not only did I report this company to the Utah Attorney General, I also checked them out with their local Better Business Bureau. They have an unsatisfactory report with them as well.
