I was interested in a "free" cd. Just had to pay $1.95 for shipping (That's where they get your credit card #). What I got instead was a bunch of stuff from Wealth International / Real success Institute that said in 21 days I would be charged 129.99 if not returned. I never did get a cd. I tried for several days to call. I was just put on hold or told to leave a message. I left several messages over a period of a week none were ever returned.

I finally got a customer service rep after the charge of 129.99 was billed to my account. He gave me a return authorization # and that same day I sent back the product. I also told him I did not want to be billed for the monthly membership fee of 29.95. He told me I was cancelled and I wouldn't be billed. 2 days later my account was billed for the 29.95 membership fee.

They received my return on the 18th of August. I have confirmation from the Post Office of reciept. On the 20th of August I tried to call them and for the next two days until the 22nd. I finally got to speak with a live person. They told me that my refund would be processed that day. It would take 3-5 days for it to post back to my account.

On the 27th I still had not received the refund. I tried to call from the 27th until th 29th. I finally had to call their consulting hotline and speak to a consultant. She emailed customer service for me. And they said that I would be getting my refund. It would be processed "today" which is a week from the last time they said that it was processed. I told the consultant that if I did not receive my refund then I would take further action.

This is the consultant hotline number I called to talk to a real person. 1-877-860-5632 Her name is Angela. If enough people talk to her maybe someone will start to notice. Candace was the customer service rep who Angela emailed. Angela also gave me another # to call 1-800-709-7344 ext 0. I haven't called it yet I am waiting to see if this works.

I doubt I will get my refund. I plan on reporting them to as many agencies that I can find and then taking them to small claims court.

Ms. Alicia Turner is the Principal / customer contact of their corporation and Daniel D Wagner is the director/ president

I followed the instructions in the first rebuttal about contacting Alicia. I've sent the package back and the refund is pending on my bank account. Getting a hold of someone was quite difficult, but I see there's a second rebuttal explaining the phone fiasco, and the fact Turner did reach me yesterday evening and the refund is pending, I am feeling much better. Perhaps all this confusion over the Google Profits CD for $1.95 might encourage the company to reconsider its packaging and marketing in the future?

Many people have entered their credit card information for the free CD-without reading the terms and conditions, which are listed on the credit card page. In that information, it clearly states that if FOR ANY REASON you do not wish to be a part of this program, to give us a call and we will cancel it-no questions asked. The materials have a much higher value than the $129.95 that we are charging for them. When we launched this product offer, I had no idea what an overwhelming response we would get. Subsequently, we were severely under-staffed to handle the amount of calls coming in. As quickly as possible, we hired additional customer service representatives, and are continuing the hiring process. However, there has been a lag time in training them to make sure that they were up to the high customer service standards that we wish to provide Another staggering blow occurred when our local telephone carrier accidentally cut a vital 100 pair phone cable in our area, causing the majority of our local lines (which our 800#s point to) to go down completely! With the influx of calls the few working lines quickly jammed up and many customers were getting a busy signal, or just going straight to voicemail when they did get through. Consumer Protection, as well as the Better Business Bureau were notified of the problem, and were directing customers to fax or email in their requests. We are horrified at the response that has cropped up because of these problems. Our phone lines are back up and running, and our customer service is now able to handle the calls coming. Anyone who wishes to receive a refund, or has billing questions, or even more importantly, didn't get a chance to utilize the free one-on-one mentoring that we offer, can send an email to [email protected] and your requests will be processed within 24 hours. She said she wants everyone who has a problem to contact her at this # 801-545-4410, and she will make sure that the problems get resolved. I received my money back within 72 hours. Hopefully everyone else will be able to get the same results. I did have to leave a message, but she called me back the next day. If for some reason you cant get through, or she doesn't call you back, I called the consulting hotline and spoke with a live person who got in touch with customer service for me.
