 Then I upgraded to the Gold Level on April 11, 2016 for an additional $197.00, which I never received the package for the Gold Level. I received in commission $1800.00 which is less than 1% of the guarantee. My guarantee expired on June 18, 2016. I had called them for a refund and left them messages for them to call me back but I haven't received a call from them. I had send them a few emails and had not received a respond. They owe me a total of $3784.00. I feel they should not write on their literature that 2% guarantee if they not going to back themselves. I had called a few leads and was told by them that they also did not received their 2% guarantee 

On January 27, 2016, I joined Wealth Partners Publishing. I send them $197.00. I then received a package from them to do my mailings. I send them on February 14, 2016 $5190.00 for they can do a mailing of 5,000 which would give me in return $10,000.00 which suppose to be a 2% guarantee. Then I upgraded to the Gold Level on April 11, 2016 for an additinal $197.00. I never received the Gold Level Package. I only received $1800.00 which is only less than 1% of the guarantee. My guarantee expired on June 18,2016. I had called them and left them messages but had not received any response. I also send them a few emais but also haven't received an email from them. They owe me a total of $3784.00. I also send them a letter and they returned it to me unopened. I had called a few leads and they all said that they never received a 2% guarantee.

YOU ARE A LIAR - WEALTH PARTNERS DOES NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE!!

I've been trying to contact Wealth Partners since June - I also requested a refund as per Wealth Partner's guarantee and have NOT received a refund or a response from Wealth Partners by phone or email.

I was the 1st one to file a report here in regard to Wealth Partners - My report hasn't even been responded to!!

Wealth Partners are a bunch of THIEVES!!!!!

If that is the case then why haven't I received a refund, when my guarantee expired on June 18, 2016. I also had made less than 1% and I've been in this company since February 2016. I had called a few time and left messages for someone to call me back and yet haven't received a call. I also send you a letter and it was send back to me unopened and it had a yellow sticker stating: Return to sender attempted not known. I also called a few leads and every single one of them told me that they didn't get a 2% respond. All I want is my refund, like it is mention on the booklet. Thank you and hope you can understand why I'm so frustrated with this company.

Hello,

I work in the refund department at WP Publishing. We promptly issue refunds to our Dealers. Please be advised that we have a clearly spelled out refund policy for mailings. People do not read their Dealership package, which clearly states the refund policy for advertisements. And then they get upset and say the company is denying their request. As with any business, WP has taken steps to make sure everything is clearly written out before a Dealer decides to advertise. Furthermore, our staff answers calls Monday-Friday, and answers emails. Every person who calls receives a call back. In many instances, our staff returns a call and the person's mailbox is full or doesn't have a mailbox setup.

Can the author of this complaint identify him or herself? I am sure we hve been in contact with this person if they really have called and emailed as stated. Once identified, I will post emails (with identifying info ommittted for security reasons), showing that we respond to requests via telephone and email.
