Wealth Partners Publishing 2% Guarantee or Refund Not Honored Chicago Illinois
Joined this direct mail company in March 2016. They specified a 2% guaranteed return on investment or they would refund your money.
Well, this was in the middle of March AND apparently they were in the middle of changing mailing houses so my mailing didn't even go out until the end of May! Because the also were printing new revised mailing material.
I contacted them by email and by phone to request a refund and they insisted that I had to wait for a specific time frame before they could refund me. They also insisted doing another mailing for me which I did not want and then I had to wait for another specific time frame before they could refund me.
I had contacted them on different occasions but the last phone contact with them was on August 27, 2016 and they told me I would have a refund by September 3rd.
Well, I didn't receive a refund and all communications from them have stopped. No one will return my calls or emails. Here it is October 17.
I would not recommend any one get involved with them. They don't stand behind their word.
