Wealth Systems, Inc. ripoff, deceptive Practices, breach of advertising contract Phoenix Arizona
I got a call from a salesperson at WealthSystems, Inc telling me about a great way to make money via the internet. He said all I had to do was sign up for the platinum membership (about $2,000). This would enable me to sell all the company's high margin products via my own personal WealthSystems website, AND also receive the highest commissions every time somebody else joined from my website. Since the saleman was so good, I told him I would join after he assured me that they would recruit others as aggressively as they did me. For an additional $1,485 I bought an advertising package that promised 45,000 viewers to my web site.
After about 1 month, I checked the web counter on my page and found that the only hits were from me. I called the company and was told that they would rectify the situation. The NEXT day the hit counter showed exactly 1,000 hits. I suspect that the company threw 1,000 fictitious "hits" to my site simply to mollify me since I was irate. When I confronted the advertising rep about this, he did not deny it, but merely said that the advertising program takes time to ramp up. In the 6 weeks since then, my site has amassed only 34 more hits (all my personal visits).
I have recently called the company on eight times. The people with whom I need to speak are never available, and have not returned my calls.
In my opinion, WealthSystems, Inc is a blatant rip-off, and should be avoided like the plague.
I would be happy to join in a class action suit against this company, which I have every reason to believe is fraudulent.
