weapons universe ordered item on there site and they took money out of my account and never received anything and they will not respond to my calls or emails las vegas nevada

i ordered a sword from the website using my credit card on december 8th of 2014 and never received my item--i have emailed and called and have had no response--they took my money out of my account but never sent my item that i paid for
