Weathertech Floor Mats Don't Fit - Will Not Accept Return Denver Colorado

I previously purchased Weathertech floor mats for my Ford Mustang and was happy with them. I recently purchased a 2007 Porsche Boxster and purchased floor mats for it from Weathertech online. Supposedly they were guaranteed to fit. "Precision engineered for a Precise Fit". Got the mats. The driver's mat fit but the passenger mat was not even close to being correct. I contacted Weathertech to inquire. Representative responded that Weathertech did not make mats specifically for my car and the mats they sent were a "universal fit". This was not somthing that was brought to my attention when I ordered the mats. I asked to get a return authorization since the fit was unacceptable and I wanted my money back. So, far Weathertech has not provided me with a return authorization and I assume after contacting them several times without reponse over six weeks, that Weathertech is not going to honor the guaranty. I will dispute the charge on my credit card.
Very disappointed. i paid a premium to get mats that Weathertech represented specifically fit my car and I cannot use them.
