DO NOT EVER let this company ruin your business like it did mine! I have had to shut down my website and pay someone to get all of the bad links that Google ban and very poorly written copy and backlinks out of it. They are experts alright... Experts in taking your money and ripping you off. BUYER BEWARE.
I came across this Ripoff report website too late unfortunately, I should have done my due diligence and read some of these reviews first. I have filed a complaint with the ACCC and will be then filing one with the Consumer Affairs Victoria and I urge you all to do the same if you feel you've been ripped off by them. I also urge you to inform A Current Affair of their dodgy practices and start or join a class action suit against them of which I would like to be part of. I am a peace loving man and I rarely complain about things but when there is blatent evil out there ripping innocent, unknowing people off and living lavish lifestyles, I will not stand for it. From the swift talking sales rep to the robotic account manager who cares more about when I'm able to make payment over performance to the wannabe website developer students they have, my whole experience with them was a shamble. I thought I was living in another reality because it was exactly opposite to what they said they were going to do.
I was told it would take a while to develop this cutting edge SEO strategy to which I patiently waited, hoping more traffic would come in around the 3 month mark like I was told. I was worried about the 10 fold loss in traffic when they first started and they reassured me that that was a normal process but around the 5-6 month mark when the traffic barely hit 1/3rd of what I was getting before I employed them I started getting really frustrated... amd I don't like gettin frustrated.
I was selling a luxury product and the copy they wrote cheapened my products and my brand to the point where I was actually disgusted looking at the site and decided to close it down after only 8 months of using WME services. Now those are results that speak for themselves! The only reason I chose them over anyone else is because they are everywhere when you search SEO and I thought that being such a large organization with multiple ads and different links that I'd like to see my business like that... BUT... DON'T BE FOOLED! THIS IS A SCAM!

Not only have they taken my money and crippled my business but now they still want more money to pay out the rest of the contract and instead of coming to an ethical solution like I asked them they've passed my remaining account to the debt collectors to take further money for nothing and to try to ruin my business. At the same time I filed this complaint on here I also sent a complaint to the ACCC and only 2 months later I received notice about the debt collectors. Good one WME! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THE SYSTEM ALLOWS THESE THEIVES TO CONTINUE???
