Hi Rick, I doubt anyone promised you that you could pay off your credit card within 30 days. We have systems in place that allow us to monitor what sales reps say and record the conversations for internal use and to better serve our customers. Sale reps know that if they lie or mislead any of our customers that their employment will be immediately terminated. You should have received emails from our technicians once the work to your site was complete. Sometimes those emails get sent to a spam folder or bulk email folder, but doesn't mean that the work was never completed. We assume, if we don't hear back from you, that everything is going great and that you are getting search traffic. Feel free to call us on our 800 number and speak to the receptionist. She can transfer you to a technician who will provide you with an update. You may have been trying to contact sales, who would not be abe to update you on current account progress.
