Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After calling me several times and telling me how much traffic would increse to my website and telling me that I would be able to pay off my entire credit card balence within 30 days. After that Ihad several email corispondenses with Anthony Baxter everything stopped. They stopped all email cocispondense answering my emails,I got to the point after several of my calls didn't get returned to just write it off as a loss. It's been more than a couple of months now since I've heard a word from them. I was just told a hour ago about your company,so thats why I'm reporting this now, Oh they didn't do anything with the search engines and optimization, that they sold me on. Thank you for any help you can give me to get my money invested back so I can go to another company.

Thank You

Feel Free To Call Technical Support, We Can Update You on Work Completed

Hi Rick, I doubt anyone promised you that you could pay off your credit card within 30 days. We have systems in place that allow us to monitor what sales reps say and record the conversations for internal use and to better serve our customers. Sale reps know that if they lie or mislead any of our customers that their employment will be immediately terminated. You should have received emails from our technicians once the work to your site was complete. Sometimes those emails get sent to a spam folder or bulk email folder, but doesn't mean that the work was never completed. We assume, if we don't hear back from you, that everything is going great and that you are getting search traffic. Feel free to call us on our 800 number and speak to the receptionist. She can transfer you to a technician who will provide you with an update. You may have been trying to contact sales, who would not be abe to update you on current account progress. Let us know if there is anything we can do, we are still here.
