Web Media Mall Fraudulent Advertising or Scam? 45 days and still waiting for my money back as guaranteed Phoenix, Arizona
October 26, 2011, I received a call regarding working at home. And man are they smooth, they pass you around to different people and believe me they have an answer for everything, even their bad rating with the BBB.
Yes, I should have known better, during their pitch they keep referring to their money back guarantee. Yes that would be great if they actually honored it.
During the next few days while waiting for my coach to call me to set up my website and start making money, I did some further research. When Josh my coach phoned me the following Monday or Tuesday, I was ready to Cancel my membership as they call it. After a short discussion with Josh he advised me that I would be cancelled and refunded my money. I have not started any business website or obtained any other service with this company.
Well it's now Dec 15th, and I still have no refund. I have called I don't how many times and have sent email. no response no return email.
If this is a legitimate business, they need to honor their promises. At this point I can only assume that I have been scammed, though still hopeful that I will one day get my full refund.
