They offer:

UNLIMITED* Hosting Space
UNLIMITED* Bandwidth
Host UNLIMITED Domains
UNLIMITED Email Accounts
UNLIMITED Databases
UNLIMITED FTP Accounts

We purchased a hosting account for our development projects that might be massive in the future.

We found that the quota set is only for 10GB not unlimited one (such as infinity sign).

We submitted the ticket that asked whether we could get the above so-called unlimited service.

They replied that after reaching the quota of 10GB, they would increase the disk space for us.

All right, then we simulated the disk space to reach the quota. It reached 9.5 GB. We asked them to increase. They increased another 5GB and we had 15GB without any question asked.

We thought it would be OK. We still doubted. We simulated again to reach the 15GB. Then, we asked them. That time, they told us "This hosting space is not intended for file storage and violates our terms for an increase".

We replied them the following letter:

--------------------------

Hi WebHostingPad

We have just simulated the disk space to reach the quota to get how the WebHostingPad(WHP) would react in reality.

We have the future intention to host our legitimate development projects as archived zip files.

They will include the range from the softwares, tutorial movies and the like.
According to the response, we are forced to give up the WebHostingPad for our dream.

Everything hosted is simply called the 'File Storage'.

According to what you say, it is sure that we cannot fully get the benefits of what you so-call 'Unlimited disk space/bandwidth'.
Customers come to buy 'Unlimited disk space/bandwidth' service to do their big work or else they will just simply go to else where.

WebHostingPad should respect the privacy of its users.
It is clear that the WebHostingPad Team might have inspected what files are in our account - that we think you do not conform to the proper teams of use and it might invade the confidentiality of its user data.

Therefore, the WebHostingPad should change its terms of 'Unlimited disk space/bandwidth' for web pages only and under investigation.
